We ran into some.issues when we arrived such as a battery missing from the TV remote and the control box for.the TV was disconnected. But, the staff was very quick to remedy both issues with a smile on their faces as well as being apologetic concerning those issues. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food! It is an older hotel, but the staff is doing things right as they have a bright attitude and wanting for their guests to enjoy their stay! I would definately stay there again as well as to recommend to others!

Sarah was at the front desk when we checked in….I love being greeted and made to feel welcome when checking in! She is amazing and took the time to give us breakfast hours pool hours etc as well as direct us to our room! We needed a fan and she was quick and friendly while accommodating our extra request. Check out was quick and simple with friendly faces every time we were in the lobby. The room was clean and fresh and the beds comfy! We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Boise!

Stuff changed room from where A/C was poor to another one with good A/C and at lower price; they suggested such change themselves which I really appreciated. Can't tell too much about facilities, looks great but had no chance to use as arrived late and departed right after wake up. Like the checkout is at noon (12:00), big parking lot, internal space looks nice. Not far from BOI (Boise) airport. It is my second stay with them, the first one was in 2022.

You can reach downtown in just 10 minutes by bus from the hotel, and it is at a walkable distance of less than 20 from the very center of the city. Besides, the hotel has a very nice swimming pool + hot tub combo that has made my day when coming back in the evening after walking + sightseeing or working. But, what I have really appreciated is the kindness of the girls at reception. They have been nice, attentive and very reachable at all times.
